Adyen is seeking a Senior Salesforce Admin to manage and scale its Commercial Salesforce Org. The role involves evolving the Sales Cloud solution to enable commercial teams to scale effectively. Responsibilities include Salesforce configuration changes (Flow, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, reports, and dashboards), gathering requirements, translating them into scalable solutions with a focus on user experience and market best practices, and contributing to the platform roadmap. The Senior Salesforce Admin will also own communication of platform changes, perform data management for quality improvement, conduct proactive system maintenance (Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, Optimizer), handle user support tickets, identify underutilized platform features, monitor user adoption, and produce technical documentation. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field is required, along with at least 5 years of Salesforce Administration experience, particularly in Sales Cloud.
Must have:
  • 5+ years Salesforce administration experience
  • Hands-on experience in Sales Cloud
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge
  • Strong understanding of Flow, SOQL, security, authentication
  • Experience gathering and translating requirements
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
Good to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT
  • Basic understanding of Triggers Apex
  • Basic understanding of LWC/Aura components
  • Basic understanding of Web Services and APIs
  • Experience with Test Automation
  • Experience with Agentforce/LLM integrations

We’re expanding our team and looking for a Senior Salesforce Admin to manage and scale our Commercial Salesforce Org. As Senior Salesforce Admin, you will become part of the Revenue Operations - Technology team. In this role, you’ll evolve our Sales Cloud solution, enabling our Commercial teams to scale effectively.

What You’ll Do:

  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, reports and dashboards
  • Gather requirements, translate into scalable solutions with a focus on user experience and market best practices
  • Help create the platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
  • Own the communication of platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
  • User support tickets
  • Identify underutilised platform features, monitor and improve user adoption
  • Technical documentation

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related quantitative degree field;
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 5+ years of Salesforce Administration with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Flow, SOQL integration patterns, security and authentication.
  • Basic understanding Triggers Apex, LWC/Aura components, Web Services and APIs.
  • Strong background in identifying and gathering requirements, translating into scalable solutions with focus on user experience.
  • You have demonstrated autonomy in managing projects and making decisions, with a keen desire for personal and professional growth;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle ambiguity and uncertainty with a proven track record of successful outcome;.
  • Excellent communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with Test Automation and Agentforce/LLM integrations are a plus
