Job Description

Endava is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to drive efficient Agile delivery within product domains, ensuring successful solution delivery that meets objectives and timelines. This role involves fostering Agile proficiency, influencing stakeholders, overseeing product delivery in connected environments, and managing risks and dependencies across systems. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of Agile Project Management experience in IT, with strong skills in Scrum, Kanban, and various project management tools.
Must have:
  • Drive efficient Agile delivery within product domains
  • Foster Agile proficiency across teams
  • Influence stakeholders and dependencies for successful project execution
  • Oversee team(s) to deliver products in a connected environment
  • Facilitate coordination and co-planning among teams and Product Owners
  • Ensure clear expectations, harmonization, integrated product increment, cross-team coordination
  • Identify and manage risks, impediments, and dependencies across systems and platforms
  • 5+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager in IT
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, Kanban certifications are a requirement
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Trello, SmartSheets, Asana, Microsoft Project, Miro
  • Experience in mentoring team members
  • Knowledge of how to introduce Agile methodologies into new environments
  • Ability to enforce Scrum and Agile principles
  • Technical understanding to support the consulting team
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Highly self-motivated and adaptable
  • Able to work in complex environments and manage multiple teams
  • Servant leadership to help teams collaborate and deliver value

  • Agile certifications: Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other leading Agile certification

Job Description

Responsible for account delivery, our SM staff manage and monitor KPIs, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet objectives and timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive efficient Agile delivery within product domains, foster Agile proficiency across teams, and influence stakeholders and dependencies for successful project execution.
  • Oversee the team(s) to deliver products in a connected environment, facilitating coordination and co-planning among teams, and Product Owners, all working toward the same roadmap and program goals.
  • Ensure clear expectations setting, harmonization in co-planning, integrated product increment, cross-team coordination, cohesive tech solution, and respond to change for connected teams/products.
  • Identify and manage risks, impediments, and dependencies across systems and platforms to ensure successful delivery of connected products, while also facilitating changes at the team level.

Qualifications

  • +5 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager in the IT industry.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, Kanban are a requirement.
  • JIRA, Trello, SmartSheets, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, Miro, etc
  • Experience in mentoring team members.
  • Knowledge of how to introduce Agile methodologies into new environments.
  • Ability to enforce Scrum and other Agile principles and to explain the benefits to team members.
  • Technical understanding and ability to provide some level of support/understanding to the consulting team.
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience of presenting to senior level stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work in an adaptable and flexible environment.
  • Able to work in complex environments
  • Able to manage multiple teams
  • Servant leadership to help the team collaborate effectively, overcome challenges, and deliver value to the customer.
  • Desirable:
  • Agile certifications: Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other leading Agile certification,
  • Familiar with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe).
