Senior Security Engineer

Location - Gurugram (On Site

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation of security technologies
• Enhance security posture through optimized solutions
• Perform Detection Engineering and finetuning
• Maintain existing SOPs, drive process improvements & automations opportunities.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between IT and stakeholders.
• Facilitate into proof of concepts (POC) for new tools.
  
  

Mandate

• 8-15 Years of IT experience, with minimum 5 years in Engineering role.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
• Strong experience in Detection Engineering in (SIEM + SOAR). Chronicle SecOps exposure would be an advantage.
• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and practices.
• Proficiency in vulnerability management practices. Experience of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of network security systems, and network security measures.
• Ability to drive & oversee the security projects
