As a Senior Consultant in the Practice Management team, you will lead the implementation of client software solutions, support pre-sales, and inform clients through consultative selling. You will contribute to complex software innovations, analyze the accountancy market, and facilitate client meetings, training, demonstrations, and presentations. The role involves developing client reports, leading data analysis and business process improvements, coordinating project deliverables, and managing stakeholder expectations. You will also assist in change management, provide guidance to junior team members, and engage in continuous improvement of consulting processes.

As a Senior Consultant in our Practice Management team, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing client projects. You’ll bring your growing expertise to the table, tackling more complex tasks and contributing significantly to team goals. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of client (software) solutions.
  • Support the account manager with pre-sales.
  • In the lead with informing clients and consultative selling.
  • Contribute to complex software innovations and accountancy market analysis.
  • Facilitate client meetings, training, demonstrations and presentations.
  • Develop client reports and documentation.
  • Lead comprehensive data analysis and business process improvement implementations.
  • Coordinate project deliverables and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Assist in change management initiatives for client projects.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of consulting processes.
  • Support product and solution testing phases.

Requirements:

  • Ability to drive to deliver client value.
  • Knows how to translate business processes to software configuration.
  • Knows how to get the best out of the organization for his or her clients.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations for clients.
  • In-depth accountancy market (research) experience and knowledge.
  • Ability to facilitate client meetings effectively.
  • Project coordination and management skills.
  • Highly proficient in the implementation of software tools, preferably Practice Management tools.
  • Ability to provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluent Dutch speaker and speaks excellent English.
