Job Summary
As a Senior Software Engineer, Backend and Infrastructure, you'll contribute to the development services that empower engineers to build high-quality features and systems for users. You'll be involved in building and improving Cloud IDE, Repo & code management, CI/CD systems, intelligent data platforms, staging environments, and monitoring systems. Your expertise in backend architecture, storage, databases, and cloud technologies will be critical in optimizing user experience and scaling applications for platforms like TikTok, Ads, and Shopping.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years industry experience
- 3+ years performance optimization experience
- Experience with Android/Java/Objective-C/Python/Golang
- Experience in cloud, backend architecture, storage systems, databases, CI/CD, and build infrastructure
Good to Have
- Full-stack development experience
- Technical leadership and dealing with ambiguity
- Strong strategic thinking and team collaboration skills

Job Description
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $194000 - $355000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
