Senior/ Solutions Engineer - India

Join CyberArk's India team as a Solutions Engineer, combining technical expertise with sales insight to drive technical wins throughout the sales cycle. You will own the technology evaluation stage, collaborating with sales and product management to champion CyberArk’s solutions. Key responsibilities include building deep technical knowledge, leading pre-sales engagements, resolving escalations, developing client relationships, delivering presentations, crafting RFI/RFP responses, executing POCs, and translating customer requirements.

Must Have

• Build and maintain deep technical knowledge of CyberArk’s product portfolio.
• Lead and manage technical pre-sales engagements, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Handle complex technical processes and swiftly resolve escalations.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Deliver persuasive presentations that clearly communicate CyberArk’s technical value.
• Craft precise and clear responses to RFIs and RFPs.
• Ensure successful execution and delivery of customer proof-of-concepts (POCs).
• Translate customer requirements into actionable insights to inform Product Management.
• 8+ years’ experience in pre-sales within high-tech sales environments.
• Strong technology aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate how identity security, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions solve business challenges.
• Solid knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience with LDAP directories and authentication methods.
• Familiarity with enterprise application authentication technologies such as .NET, Java, and CLI.

• Represent CyberArk at industry conferences, partner events, and trade shows.

##### Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in pre-sales within high-tech sales environments, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
• Strong technology aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate how identity security, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions solve business challenges.
• Solid knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience with LDAP directories and authentication methods.
• Familiarity with enterprise application authentication technologies such as .NET, Java, and CLI.
• Preferred skills in scripting and application development.
