As a Senior Solution Sales Specialist for Machine Identity Security (MIS) Solutions, you will be a Subject Matter Expert supporting CyberArk's field sales team. Your role involves guiding, strategizing, and competing to win deals for Certificate Management and Secrets Management solutions with Enterprise Customers and Partners in the North Asia region. You will drive new business, collaborate with Go-To-Market teams, and establish trusted relationships with C-level executives and operational teams, contributing to CyberArk's business growth.

Must Have

  • Prospecting and driving new business through MIS solutions into existing CyberArk accounts.
  • Strong collaboration with Go-To-Market teams in the region.
  • Winning against competition by selling the value of MIS’s platform.
  • Establishing professional and trusted relationships with customers and prospects from C-level to operational level.
  • Developing a core understanding of unique business needs for Machine Identity Management projects.
  • Working with business partners in the wider eco-system of SI partners and advisory firms.
  • 8+ years of experience in quota carrying B2B software sales with a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity and experience in selling subscription & cloud business.
  • Strong communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

##### Job Description

As a Solution Sales Specialist across the Machine Identity Security (MIS) Solutions, you’ll play a vital role in the success of CyberArk’s Certificate Management and Secrets Management solutions. This is a sales overlay role and you will be the Subject Matter Expert supporting the field sales team that are engaged with CyberArk’s Enterprise Customers and Partners to guide, strategize, share best practices and compete against competition with the ultimate aim of winning deals.

A key function of this role other than excelling in an overlay solution sales capacity, is establishing a highly collaborative working relationship with the field sales teams, ability to engage and influence C-level executives.

You will be part of the solution sales team based in Hong Kong to manage all sales activities in the North Asia region by selling into complex and large customer environments. You will be collaborating closely with existing CyberArk Go-to-market teams (AE/SE/Services/Channels/Customer Success etc) and contribute to our exponential business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of the CyberArk family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and driving new business through MIS's solutions into existing CyberArk accounts, with continuous development of long-term pipeline to increase CyberArk's share of wallet into existing enterprise customers
  • Strong collaboration with the Go-To-Market teams in the region
  • Win against the competition selling the value of MIS’s platform.
  • Establish a professional and trusted relationship with customers and prospects, from the C-level to the Operational level, developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the customer within their business vertical on Machine Identity Management projects.
  • Work with business partners in the wider eco-system of SI partners and advisory firms

##### Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in quota carrying B2B software sales with demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding targets or combination of experience, education and superior performance
  • Proven experience as a Solution Sales Specialist, with a strong focus on the domain expertise outlined above or Identity lifecycle management solutions or security is an advantage
  • Familiar and experience in selling subscription & cloud business
  • Effectiveness in building relationships within client and prospect companies at the CXO and technical level
  • Demonstrates both a commitment to ongoing learning and self-development and a strong capacity to adapt and adopt new ideas
  • Having strong customer centricity and success-oriented sales mentality
  • Experience leveraging Partners to build business.
  • Highly organized and efficient, maintaining strong productivity while demonstrating excellence in process and administration, including experience with CRM systems—preferably Salesforce
  • Displays strong drive and competitiveness, with a go-getter mindset and a team-oriented desire to win
  • Excellent presentation/communication skills
  • Interaction with Product Management to articulate custom requirements based upon customer needs.
  • Strong communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin to meet market needs
  • Open to candidates who are based in Taiwan who has strong communication in above languages
  • Travelling frequency across multiple Asia countries of at least 20% of your time
