Job Description

Company Description

BUT has over 50 years of creativity dedicated to home furnishings.

Since its origin, its identity has been that of a contemporary retailer. BUT invented ready-to-furnish in the 1970s to democratize access to furniture, equipment, and interior decoration.

Still attributed to "good living," BUT has today become the leading omnichannel and multi-specialist home furnishing network, with over 340 stores in France.

BUT is an active brand, driven by men and women for whom no two days are alike.

Job Description

You are both a passionate salesperson and an ace at advice and design. Nothing makes you happier than creating a "Wow" effect for our customers!

From understanding to supporting their needs, you welcome their projects, dreams, and constraints. It's then up to you to sketch, design, and optimize every square centimeter to create a kitchen that is as beautiful as it is functional and to sell a true living space.

But your role doesn't stop there:

  • You actively participate in showcasing products on the sales floor and ensure your department is always impeccably presented.
  • You master the art of additional sales: a bar without stools or a sink without a faucet, for you, is like roasted chicken without fries! You always have the right idea to suggest complementary products and inspire our customers.

Feel free, inspired, and motivated to support our customers in realizing their projects and winning the sale!

Qualifications

You perfectly master sales and kitchen design techniques, and even better, you have the art of orienting yourself well in space!

Being rigorous, taking initiatives, having a sense of service and listening – that's all you, so join us!

At BUT, we are committed to team diversity and gender equality in employment. Do not hesitate to inform us of your disability situation; we will study your specific needs.

Being a kitchen designer (salesperson) at BUT is not just told, it's lived!

Additional Information

At BUT, things are moving; there are as many career possibilities as there are people, and numerous training programs exist to develop your skills.

The brand has renewed its disability agreement for the 4th time and adhered to the Diversity Charter.

You benefit, among other things, from an employee savings scheme, a time savings account, and the restaurant ticket card, as well as benefits from your CSE and discounts on BUT products.
