  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

The Market Expansion Senior Manager Secure Remote Commerce (SRC) will orchestrate high impact product launches and drive adoption across key segments, serving as the engine behind successful market introductions. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker to craft market expansion strategies, define product messaging and positioning, and translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives. The ideal candidate understands the market landscape, has a keen eye for design, and communicates complex concepts through crisp presentations.

What the role looks like:

  • Lead launch and expansion plans, coordinating cross functional stakeholders
  • Shape the global market activation strategy and lead OKR alignment across regions.
  • Drive product fit for each of the regions, positioning, and data backed market activation plan from strategy through post launch metrics.
  • Overseeing the creation of 'Sales Plays' to guide clients with off-the-shelf solutions
  • Develop a value ladder for SRC (Secure Remote Commerce).
  • Define target personas and articulate clear value propositions for each.
  • Serve as the go-to-contact for critical product communications.
  • Establish and maintain an internal glossary to align terminology and communication.
  • Build messaging tailored to key personas.

What You’ll Do:

Market expansion Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive market expansion plans for SRC including identifying target markets, client segments and opportunity sizing.
  • Define product positioning, value proposition, and key messaging to differentiate our offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
  • Coordinate sunset strategy for legacy capabilities and product lines.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Develop insights on customer segments, personas, market archetypes and pain points to refine market expansion strategies and ensure product-market fit.
  • Monitor OKRs to track success and optimize strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Monitor industry developments and provide recommendations for positioning and differentiation.

Design and Content Creation:

  • Be the accountable person within the product group to create and design with support from product marketing, persuasive enablement materials to translate product deliverables into a business language such as pitch decks, one-pagers for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all marketing collateral aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
  • Translate complex data and concepts into clear, concise narratives through presentations.

Cross-functional team and Cross-Regional team alignment:

  • Function as the accountable person for SRC market expansion, driving alignment and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across Global and regional teams.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy.
  • Deliver regular and impactful updates to keep executive leadership informed and regional teams aligned on progress
  • Organize and lead regular cross-functional and cross-regional market expansion syncs to review progress, address blockers, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration and shared goals.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Regularly present market expansion results, insights, and recommendations.
  • Utilize analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

  • Advanced design and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong communications skills (written, translating messages into graphic concepts, verbal).
