Job Summary

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

1. Production System Optimization

  • Lead full-process management of complex assembly lines, continuously optimizing process layout using Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
  • Promote lean production concepts and automation upgrade solutions, establishing a long-term improvement mechanism.
  • Achieve dynamic monitoring of all processes through digital production management systems (e.g., MES/QMS) to ensure delivery stability.

2. Large-scale Team Management

  • Coordinate the development of production teams with over 300 people, building a multi-skilled worker training system to enhance organizational flexibility.
  • Design a tiered performance management mechanism, coordinating the achievement of quality, cost, and efficiency targets.
  • Establish a talent pipeline for grassroots management to ensure talent reserves for key positions.

3. Quality and Cost Control

  • Implement full-process quality management, systematically reducing process defect rates.
  • Optimize material, energy consumption, and human resource allocation efficiency through comprehensive cost control.

4. Compliance and Safety System

  • Strictly implement national safety regulations and corporate EHS standards, building a strong safety production defense line.
  • Ensure all production processes comply with ISO system certifications and industry-specific qualification requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above, in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Automation, or related majors.
  • Experience:
  • 8+ years of manufacturing production management experience, with 3+ years of experience managing ultra-large teams (300+ people).
  • Experience in optimizing complex assembly lines (leading lines with over a hundred processes).
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in lean production tools (VSM/SMED/TPM) and quality control methods.
  • Skilled in applying production information systems (MES/PLM, etc.).
  • Project management or quality management professional qualifications preferred.
