The director will lead major initiatives, manage KPIs and budgets, foster collaboration, and ensure high-quality service delivery and strategic account retention.

Must Have

  • 8–15+ years of relevant experience
  • 10+ years in commercial or strategic roles within medical devices, diagnostics, ophthalmology, or digital health
  • Track record of P&L ownership, market entry, and business growth
  • Strong strategic acumen
  • Excellent communication skills (clear, confident, decisive, inspiring)
  • Proven stakeholder management capabilities
  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle management
  • Collaborative, forward-thinking mindset
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

Good to Have

What You’ll Do

As the senior representative of our organization in the region, you will:

  • Engaging with key clients, partners, and stakeholders while ensuring strong alignment with regional and global headquarters.
  • Translating corporate objectives into actionable plans that drive sustainable growth.
  • Achieving or exceeding revenue, profitability, cost, and efficiency targets.
  • Conducting market analysis and tailoring offerings to meet local needs.
  • Overseeing and integrating cross-functional operations, ensuring sales, marketing, finance, HR, and operations function cohesively.
  • Leading major initiatives, including portfolio assessments, resource allocation, and organizational planning aligned with market potential.
  • Establishing and tracking KPIs and budgets, evaluating risks, adjusting plans, and ensuring robust performance management.
  • Fostering collaboration, building capability, and ensuring optimal use of talent and resources.
  • Ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong retention of strategic accounts.
