The EHS Senior Specialist will contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role involves implementing company policies, supervising adherence to safety regulations, improving the safety system, participating in risk assessments, conducting training, and managing related documentation. The specialist will also advise on work organization, organize health hazard measurements, and report to internal and external institutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Realizowanie polityki firmy w zakresie BHP i ochrony środowiska
  • Nadzór nad przestrzeganiem zasad i przepisów z zakresu BHP zgodnie z wymaganiami prawnymi i korporacyjnymi
  • Doskonalenie systemu bezpieczeństwa pracy w oparciu o przepisy BHP oraz wymogi korporacji
  • Udział w przeprowadzaniu oceny ryzyka zawodowego, odbiorach maszyn, kontrolach BHP
  • Prowadzenie i organizacja szkoleń z zakresu BHP oraz dokumentacji wynikającej z przepisów ochrony środowiska i BHP
  • Udział w przekazywaniu do użytkowania nowo budowanych lub przebudowywanych obiektów budowlanych i urządzeń i maszyn produkcyjnych
  • Doradztwo w zakresie organizacji i metod pracy na stanowiskach pracy
  • Organizowanie badań i pomiarów czynników szkodliwych dla zdrowia
  • Raportowanie do instytucji zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych zgodnie z obowiązującym prawem i wymaganiami korporacyjnymi
  • Monitorowanie i analiza zdarzeń związanych z bezpieczeństwem
  • Realizacja zadań służby BHP

What We’re Looking For:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe kierunkowe lub studia podyplomowe w zakresie BHP
  • 3 letnie doświadczenie w dziale BHP firmy produkcyjnej, preferowane w międzynarodowych korporacjach
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z organami kontrolnymi
  • Rzetelność, odpowiedzialność, samodzielność i konsekwencja w działaniu
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość MS Office
  • Umiejętność komunikacji i pracy w zespole, planowania pracy i ustalania priorytetów
  • Znajomość systemów zarządzania według ISO 45001 oraz 14001
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu pozwalającym na swobodną komunikację
