About The Role:

We are looking for a full-time dynamic Senior Recruiter to focus on roles across our studios in Europe. You will work closely with key stakeholders across different studios including the founding teams - building strong relationships and helping them define the hiring needs, design and executing effective assessment processes and hiring strategies.

Role:

• Identify, attract and recruit top talent across Europe (with a focus on England and Spain) to help build different functions within each game studio
• Act as a talent advisor to business stakeholders and different business unit heads to develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans
• Drive offer processes including negotiate compensation, extending offers, closing candidates, etc
• Specialize in one functional area (Engineering, Creative) or work as a senior generalist across multiple functional areas
• Work end to end on your candidate pipeline, including working on the frontend to directly source for hard to fill positions
• Investigate, study and learn about the video game business with a particular emphasis on console and PC games
• Participate in project the talent team is running beyond the scope of day to day candidate recruiting

Qualifications:

• Passionate about video games as someone that would like to learn or who is an active gamer
• Proven track record in high performing tech/entertainment/creative talent acquisition organizations.
• Multiple years of experience in full-cycle recruitment with at least several years in video games or tech/startup recruiting.
• Knowledge and experience with recruiting/sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools.
