Cash Management Specialist (Tokyo Office)

The role of Cash Management Specialist (Tokyo Office) involves managing daily local and overseas payments for Japanese companies. Responsibilities include handling all bank transactions (payments, receipts, fund management, reconciliation, credit card management), organizing and filing original documents and invoices, managing income and expenses and bank balances, applying for group funding when necessary, handling bank account opening and daily management including KYC compliance requirements, collaborating with operational lines to understand and resolve operational funding and banking needs, assisting in the completion of various financial statements, and performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Fluency in Japanese and Chinese is required, along with a bachelor's degree and preferred experience in accounting, auditing, economics, or finance. At least two years of experience in a bank or corporate cashier position is essential, alongside a thorough understanding of local banking processes, products, services, and regulations (including KYC requirements).
