The ideal candidate will have experience in financial or Web3 products and will be responsible for mapping and refining user flows, using research to uncover needs and drive UX improvements, leading feature design and process enhancements, and staying updated on industry trends. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, with over 5 years of product management experience with a UX focus.
Must have:
- Map and refine user flows, solving pain points with logical, user-centric solutions.
- Use research (interviews, surveys, analytics) to uncover needs and drive UX improvements.
- Lead feature design and process enhancements, ensuring polished, intuitive experiences.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and iterate on UX initiatives.
- Leverage analytics and A/B testing to validate and refine UX optimizations.
- Stay updated on financial/Web3 UX trends, proposing innovative solutions.

- 5+ years in product management with UX focus.
