We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Associate to join our marketing team. This role offers a great opportunity to enter the digital marketing space, focusing on SEO and front-end web development. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship, contributing to projects that deliver measurable impact. Responsibilities include conducting SEO and keyword research, assisting with content briefs, supporting on-page and off-page SEO, collaborating with teams, and monitoring performance.
Must have:
  • Conduct SEO and keyword research for content and site optimization
  • Assist in creating content briefs aligned with SEO best practices
  • Support on-page SEO efforts including metadata, internal linking, content structure
  • Contribute to off-page SEO strategies like backlink outreach and digital PR
  • Collaborate with content and web teams to implement SEO recommendations
  • Assist with front-end web development tasks (basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
  • Monitor SEO performance and prepare reports using various tools

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Associate to join our marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to break into the digital marketing space and grow their skills in SEO and front-end web development. You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship while contributing to real projects that drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct SEO and keyword research to identify opportunities for content and site optimization
  • Assist in creating content briefs that align with SEO best practices
  • Support on-page SEO efforts including metadata, internal linking, and content structure
  • Contribute to off-page SEO strategies such as backlink outreach and digital PR
  • Collaborate with content and web teams to implement SEO recommendations
  • Assist with front-end web development tasks (basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
  • Monitor SEO performance and prepare reports using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Semrush

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong interest in SEO, digital marketing, and web development
  • Basic understanding of how search engines work
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and willingness to learn more
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • No prior experience required — we will train you!

Nice to Have (but not required)

  • Exposure to SEO tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
  • Experience with Drupal or other CMS platforms

This position will be located in Atlanta, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates

The base pay range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
