Job Description

This position supports the Digital Marketing Manager and Content Team by applying and tracking the Team workplan, implementing and tracking the training plan for new and existing team members, and identifying areas of opportunity. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end posting process for Search Results Page (SRP) content and long-form blog content, publishing 2,000–4,000 pieces of content monthly, establishing training plans, supporting the content team, creating weekly activity resumes, detecting underperforming collaborators, and updating training documentation.
Must have:
  • Manage end-to-end posting for SRP and long-form blog content.
  • Publish 2,000–4,000 content pieces monthly, ensuring accuracy.
  • Work across multiple platforms.
  • Establish and update team training plans.
  • Support Content team with daily issues.
  • Create weekly activity and project resumes.
  • Monitor and address underperforming collaborators.
  • Develop and update training documentation.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong background in SEO tasks.
  • Solid knowledge of company marketing tools.

Digital Marketing - Content Lead

Role Summary:

This position supports the Digital Marketing Manager and Content Team by applying and tracking the Team workplan, implementing and tracking the training plan for new and existing team members, identifying areas of opportunity on both tasks and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end posting process for Search Results Page (SRP) content and long-form blog content across all brands.
  • Help the team to publish approximately 2,000–4,000 pieces of content per month, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Work across multiple platforms.
  • Establishing and applying the training plan for each position under their umbrella and updating it according to the new responsibilities for each role.
  • Giving support to the Content team on any questions or issues that might arise during the day-to-day work.
  • Creating a Weekly resume with all the activities and projects to be analyzed by the manager.
  • Detecting and following up for underperforming collaborators.
  • Creating and updating Training documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and spoken English Skills.
  • Background in SEO and the multiple tasks involved.
  • Solid knowledge of the multiple marketing tools used in the company.
