LeadVenture is seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional service to its dealer and retailer network. This role involves guiding retailers through brand program enrollment, assisting with platform connections, and ensuring smooth setup and maintenance within the Thumbstopper solution. The representative will resolve issues quickly, maintain accurate account information, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a great customer experience and partner success.
Must Have:
  • Assist retailers with account enrollment and setup across supported platforms
  • Connect retailers to search and social channels via email and phone outreach
  • Maintain accurate account and product tier information
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve support cases in Salesforce within one business day
  • Research dealer eligibility for additional brand programs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution
  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience in a service or support environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and resolve problems with professionalism
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed
