Data Entry Specialist

LeadVenture is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to accurately scrape and enter data from websites and digital sources into their database. Responsibilities include reporting progress, tracking projects, and ensuring data accuracy and avoiding duplication in online forms. The role requires strong computer skills and the ability to multitask with minimal error.

Must Have

• Carefully examine websites and digital sources for data and information
• Responsible scraping and entering data into our database ensuring accuracy
• Reporting their work progress to their respective teams
• Keeping track of ongoing and completed projects
• Enter transcribed content information into a set of online forms, ensuring accuracy and avoiding duplication
• Perform additional duties and assist with special projects as assigned
• Advanced written and spoken English
• Knowledge of Office, Internet, and Windows
• Minimum 50 WPM

Good to Have

• Automotive knowledge
