Job Description
Tesla Motors seeks a Service Intern/Apprentice to work on its electric vehicles. The role involves significant customer interaction, requiring both technical skills and strong customer service abilities. Responsibilities include inspecting, repairing, and servicing Tesla vehicles; using hand, power, and shop tools; performing equipment inspections and certifications; conducting Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) of new cars; and maintaining a clean service center. The intern will also handle fast repairs like tire changes, door handle replacements, and 12V battery changes. This position is an entry-level role requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. The location is specified as Kowloon.

This position requires a significant amount of customer interaction, so the ideal candidate will not only possess the technical acumen, but also the ability to provide a strong level of customer service.
What You’ll Do- Performs entry-level work in the inspection, repair, and service of Tesla electric vehicles
- Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools, Fast and Ludicrous items, eg. tyre change, door handle change, 12V battery change etc.
- Perform equipment inspections, adjustments and certifications
- Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) of new cars
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Help maintain cleanliness of vehicles and service center
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
