Job Description
This ServiceNow Testing role involves designing, developing, and executing test cases for ServiceNow modules like Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, and Service Catalog. The responsibilities include performing functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of ServiceNow applications. The role requires developing and maintaining automated test scripts using tools such as ATF, Selenium, or similar frameworks. Collaboration with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders is crucial to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Identifying, logging, and tracking defects using tools like JIRA or ServiceNow Test Management, participating in Agile ceremonies, and ensuring compliance with testing standards are also key aspects of the role.
