Job Description

This FAE will provide pre/post-sales support, including customer-facing design-in, bring-up, validation, and debug for PAM4 DSP, TIA/Driver, and AEC/ACC. The role involves partnering with customers from proposal to production, closing design wins, and accelerating time-to-quality through hands-on lab work, SI/PI guidance, and fast issue resolution. Responsibilities also include assisting with designs, debugging, training customers, and working with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience. The engineer will align customer requirements with technology, identify design opportunities, and provide onsite support for real-time problem-solving.

  • Provide pre/post-sales support for customer-facing design-in, bring-up, validation, and debug across PAM4 DSP, TIA/Driver, and AEC/ACC
  • Partner with customers from proposal to production, closing design wins and accelerating time-to-quality
  • Perform hands-on lab work, SI/PI guidance, and fast issue resolution
  • Assist customers with their designs, debug, training, and design conversions
  • Align customer design requirements with technology and assist with proposal development
  • Identify design opportunities and guide customers through their design process
  • Provide SI/PI reviews (topology/vias/return paths, decap strategy, S-params) and recommend design fixes
  • Coordinate simulations and correlate lab vs. model
  • Provide onsite support, solving real-time problems including software tool issues, HW/SW debugging, system bring-up issues
  • Train customers and distributor’s FAEs
  • Bachelor's degree with 3-10 years or Master's with 1-8 years relevant experience
  • High-speed background with hands-on experience in PAM4 SerDes, optical modules, TIA/Driver front-ends, and AEC/ACC hardware
  • Able to work independently and excel in a collaborative environment
  • Solid communicator, fluent in both Chinese and English verbal and written communication skills

Partner with customers from proposal to production, closing design wins and accelerating time-to-quality through hands-on lab work, SI/PI guidance, and fast issue resolution. Post-sales tasks include assisting customers with their designs, debug, training customers, design conversions, and working with marketing/sales/quality and customer to improve the overall experience.

What You Can Expect

What We're Looking For

  • Degree & experience:
  • Bachelor: typically 3–10 years relevant experience
  • Master : typically 1–8 years relevant experience
  • High-speed background is preferred: Hands-on with PAM4 SerDes, optical modules, TIA/Driver front-ends, and AEC/ACC hardware through design, bring-up, and test.
  • Being familiar with C language and Python is a plus.
  • Able to work independently and excel in a collaborative environment
  • Solid communicator, fluent in both Chinese & English verbal and written communication skills.
