As a Site Reliability Engineer at iManage, you will be an engineer, builder, and systems thinker. You will build middleware and platform guardrails. The role involves eliminating toil through automation, partnering with application teams, creating a cloud-native platform, scaling cloud infrastructure, maintaining platform services, improving security, and participating in on-call rotations. You will be responsible for leading incident management and retrospectives. You will be working in a hybrid environment with in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Good To Have:- Knowledge of Linux Server stacks (Ubuntu/Debian preferred).
- Experience with cloud provisioning platforms (HashiCorp Terraform preferred.
- Understanding of least one configuration management platform (Chef preferred).
- Familiarity with containerization/clustering technologies (Docker preferred).
- Exposure to observability and alerting tools (Prometheus/Grafana or ELK/EFK preferred).
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
