Join us in building intelligent systems. As a Site Reliability Engineering for Data Systems on the Software & Data Science team, you will program the intelligence behind chips, transform complex data into actionable insights, and create cutting-edge solutions. Your role involves enhancing system reliability, scalability, and efficiency for infrastructure and applications, driving best practices in automation, stability, and performance, and simplifying operations for seamless end-user experiences. This role demands technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and an innovative mindset to address complex technical challenges.
Must Have
- Take ownership of existing infrastructure, ensuring application integrity and stability
- Train and mentor junior engineers in infrastructure best practices, monitoring, and database optimization techniques
- Contribute to the IT R&D lifecycle strategy, providing innovative input for roadmaps and direction
- Proactively manage infrastructure performance, bottlenecks, and operations to ensure cost-efficient designs
- Plan and execute performance optimizations, reliability improvements, and system scalability for data systems
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture design and operational processes
- Advance operational excellence by implementing robust monitoring, logging, and incident management solutions
- Educational degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing large, complex infrastructure setups
- Expertise in managing databases, both SQL and NoSQL
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and workflows, including Jira, Jenkins, Git and GitLab
- Strong knowledge of Linux administration (preferably RedHat) and on-premise/cloud hybrid environments
- Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Bash or Python, for task automation
- Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Fluent in English

Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our global IT team. In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing system reliability, scalability, and efficiency for both infrastructure and applications. You will be responsible for driving best practices in automation, stability, and performance, while simplifying operations to ensure seamless experiences for end users. This role demands technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and an innovative mindset to address complex technical challenges.

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
- Educational degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
