As an occupational physician (m/f/div) at a manufacturing and R&D site with a long tradition, you will not only be responsible for the occupational medical care of our 3,000 employees, but also for accompanying the development of modern occupational medicine. And all this in a company that develops the power semiconductor modules of the future from innovative ideas – for efficient energy use, environmentally friendly mobility and security in a networked world! This position is permanent and can be filled full-time or part-time.
As an Occupational Physician (m/f/div) at Infineon, you will:
- Take care of the occupational medical care of employees according to legal requirements (§3 ASiG and DGUV V2)
- As an active member of the "Health Team", help shape local occupational health promotion
- Contribute your expertise to diverse medical topics and health projects, such as ergonomics, workplace design, handling of hazardous substances, first aid or vaccination and travel medicine
- Conduct occupational medical check-ups according to ArbMedVV as well as pre-employment and aptitude tests
- Provide care for acute illnesses and work accidents in the company medical ambulance and as part of the internal rescue chain
- Conduct training and instruction on accident prevention as well as occupational and health protection
- Accompany employees as part of company integration management
- Work closely with internal and external interfaces in the company, for example from Human Resources, occupational safety, social counseling, the works council and the occupational physicians at other locations

What experience and competencies you bring:
- A degree as a specialist in occupational medicine or a specialist with additional qualification in occupational medicine
- Several years of professional experience, ideally with experience in occupational health management as well as qualification in direct patient care, travel and emergency medicine
- Enthusiasm for occupational medical topics and enjoyment of taking up and implementing new trends and developments
- A high degree of communication skills, social competence, teamwork and empathy to advance projects together
- Very good German and good English language skills
