Job Summary

This internship in Human Resources at Infineon offers a communicative and organized student the opportunity to gain practical experience in a DAX40 company. Your Role

  • Network: You support all aspects of training and student marketing (including preparation for and participation in student fairs and career information events).
  • Get creative: Create posts and texts for external and internal publications (social media, intranet, etc.).
  • Expand your horizons: You support the training team in various day-to-day tasks related to all training topics.
  • Organizational talent: You support the recruiting process and the supervision of student interns, apprentices, and dual students.
  • Data is everything: You create reports and statistics and work with your analyses.
  • Experience project management: You prepare events, workshops, and events and are actively involved in their execution.

Your Profile

  • Course of study: You are currently studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Social Sciences/Humanities, or a similar field.
  • Personality: You are characterized by reliability and strong communication skills.
  • Interests: You have an interest in HR; experience is a plus.
  • Skills: You have an analytical mindset.
  • Language skills: You have very good German and English language skills.
