Internship: Human Resources in the Training Department (m/f/d)

This internship in Human Resources at Infineon offers a communicative and organized student the opportunity to gain practical experience in a DAX40 company. Responsibilities include supporting training and student marketing, creating content for internal and external publications, assisting with daily training tasks, supporting the recruiting process for student interns, apprentices, and dual students, creating reports and statistics, and preparing/executing events and workshops. Your Role

• Network: You support all aspects of training and student marketing (including preparation for and participation in student fairs and career information events).
• Get creative: Create posts and texts for external and internal publications (social media, intranet, etc.).
• Expand your horizons: You support the training team in various day-to-day tasks related to all training topics.
• Organizational talent: You support the recruiting process and the supervision of student interns, apprentices, and dual students.
• Data is everything: You create reports and statistics and work with your analyses.
• Experience project management: You prepare events, workshops, and events and are actively involved in their execution.

Your Profile

• Course of study: You are currently studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Social Sciences/Humanities, or a similar field.
• Personality: You are characterized by reliability and strong communication skills.
• Interests: You have an interest in HR; experience is a plus.
• Skills: You have an analytical mindset.
• Language skills: You have very good German and English language skills.
