Role 🎯
Wyylde, in full growth, internationalization and strengthening of its identity, is looking for a Social Media & Content Manager with a strong marketing culture. You will design and lead ambitious editorial strategies, strengthen our brand identity and coordinate our international teams.
In conjunction with the Brand Designer and our partners, you will create impactful content consistent with our vision, to develop our notoriety and engage our community.
Missions and Responsibilities ✅
Your main missions will be:
- Be the voice of Wyylde across all communication channels.
- Ensure the brand's presence by understanding the challenges of a sensitive brand on traditional platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X).
- Maximize value-added content to support audiences throughout the conversion funnel, particularly via Wyylde, Twitch, Youtube and any other high-ROI vector.
- Develop discussion around the brand on conversational social networks like Reddit, Quora, Discord, Telegram, etc.
- Propose innovative initiatives to reach the community and new audiences, particularly on BlueSky, Snapchat, etc.
- Implement and adhere to the editorial calendar for all networks.
- Create and propose engaging and inclusive content around free and positive sexuality, using provided templates and in co-creation with the Brand designer and other stakeholders (internal teams, agencies, influencers, etc.)
- Animate and moderate communities on social networks.
- Manage sponsored campaigns.
- Supervise local social media interns internationally.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze statistics and report to management.
Skills ⭐
Hard Skills
- 5 years of experience minimum.
- Proven experience in social media strategy welcome (beyond editorial).
- Excellent command of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, Reddit, Discord, TikTok, etc.) and their specificities.
- Skills in copywriting, storytelling and message design in line with brand identity.
- Good knowledge of analytical tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.) and ability to interpret KPIs.
- Experience in managing and coordinating international or multi-market teams.
- Mastery of digital marketing basics, paid media, and sponsored campaign tracking.
- Basic notions in design and aesthetic sense.
- Project management: ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel and meet tight editorial deadlines.
