Koala Interactive is a fast-growing, human-sized company, in charge of Wyylde, the social network that allows exploring the diversity of sexual practices, in a secure environment. Leader in France since 2016, Wyylde has over 7 million registered users and 700,000 visits per day. Role

Design and optimize the user experience, working in close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that interfaces are ergonomically optimal.

Missions and Responsibilities

• Collect data on user behavior and needs
• Identify areas for improvement in user journeys
• Identify the typical user profile
• Create prototypes of our interfaces by structuring information and making the customer journey easy and pleasant
• Conduct user tests to validate the relevance of the created interface

Skills

Hard Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in product design
• Proficiency in a prototyping tool
• Proficiency in graphic design and prototyping tools (Figma at least)
• Interface design on different media (desktop and mobile)
• Ability to conduct user interviews

Soft Skills

• Creativity

• Good listening, analytical, and observational skills
• Good interpersonal skills to easily build relationships with different professional families they work with
