Role 🎯
As Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for the user experience across the entire Wyylde product.
You will lead the design team and ensure the quality, consistency, and value of the delivered journeys to transform the product vision into concrete, fluid, and impactful experiences.
Missions and Responsibilities ✅
Operational:
- Actively participate in defining the UX/UI product strategy
- Drive continuous improvement of user journeys, based on data analysis, user feedback, and exploratory tests
- Collect, cross-reference, and analyze user insights (interviews, tests, analytics, support) to formulate optimization hypotheses
- Design clear, engaging, and accessible journeys, from user research to final prototyping, on both desktop and mobile
- Produce mock-ups and prototypes in Figma with a high level of detail and a component/design system vision
- Work daily with Product Owners, developers, Product Designers, and QA to ensure the quality of UX/UI implementation
Management:
- Supervise Product Designers: guide their skill development, challenge their choices, and ensure the overall consistency of design work
- Establish a design culture focused on impact, rigor, empathy, and methodological discipline
- Organize team design rituals (mock-up reviews, inspiration sharing, UI/UX watch, cross-feedback)
- Represent the voice of design to internal stakeholders, and defend UX decisions with pedagogy and impact
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding of new design profiles, and their evolution
Skills ⭐
Hard Skills
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Product Design, including initial experience in coordination or leadership.
- Proficiency in Figma (design system, prototyping, auto-layout, variants).
- Excellent knowledge of UX standards (accessibility, heuristics, mobile-first)
- Knowledge of user research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative)
- Practice of moderated and unmoderated user tests
