Job Description

As Growth Manager at Koala Interactive, you will drive the growth of Wyylde, a leading social network for sexual diversity. Reporting to the CMO, you will define, execute, and optimize the growth strategy across various digital channels, including CRM, SEO, programmatic, Ads, affiliation, and agencies. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with external teams, negotiating with providers, analyzing performance, and staying updated on market trends in the sensitive sextech industry. You will also contribute to team structuring and future recruitment.
Must have:
  • Define and lead the growth strategy across all digital channels.
  • Optimize and innovate on CRM, SEO, programmatic, Ads, affiliation, and agency levers.
  • Collaborate closely with external Acquisition Manager and Brand Content teams.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with external providers.
  • Propose and test new initiatives to accelerate growth.
  • Analyze performance, produce regular reports, and communicate results.
  • Ensure constant monitoring of market trends and regulatory constraints.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar digital or sensitive brand role.
  • Mastery of CRM, SEO, programmatic, Ads, affiliation, and agency levers.
  • Solid experience in growth strategy and cross-functional project management.
  • Fluent English (written and oral).

Leader in France since 2016, Wyylde has over 7 million registered users and 700,000 visits per day. Role

As Growth Manager, you will be the driving force behind Wyylde's growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will work in tandem with an external Acquisition Manager and collaborate closely with the Brand Content teams. Your role will be central to the definition, execution, and optimization of the growth strategy, particularly across CRM, SEO, programmatic, Ads, affiliation, and agency channels.

Missions and Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the growth strategy across all digital channels, taking into account the specificities of a sensitive brand.
  • Optimize and innovate on CRM, SEO, programmatic, Ads, affiliation, and agency levers.
  • Collaborate closely with the external Acquisition Manager and Brand Content teams to ensure consistency of marketing actions.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with external providers (agencies, platforms, partners).
  • Propose and test new initiatives to accelerate growth while respecting the brand's long-term vision.
  • Analyze performance, produce regular reports, and communicate results and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure constant monitoring of market trends, technological innovations, and regulatory constraints related to the sextech universe.
  • Participate in the structuring of the growth team and contribute to the future recruitment of a Traffic Manager according to evolving needs.

Skills

Hard Skills

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the digital, social, or a highly sensitive brand environment.
  • Mastery of CRM, SEO, programmatic, Ads, affiliation, and agency levers.
  • Solid experience in growth strategy and cross-functional project management.
  • Excellent ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and to popularize complex subjects.
  • Ease in negotiation and management of external providers.
  • Fluent English (written and oral).
