This position offers flexibility to tailor your contributions based on your expertise, allowing you to focus on both the audio experience and pipeline.

In this role you will:

    • Proactively identify and implement solutions to empower sound designers through technology and process improvements.
    • Help manage Wwise project organization, dynamic mix systems, and optimizations.
    • Partner with other team members across the studio to help define and implement efficient interdisciplinary workflows.

We're excited about you because:

    • You have 4+ years of experience as a technical sound designer in games (or equivalent role)
    • You have experience developing and evolving game audio pipelines and tools.
    • You demonstrate strong technical skills, including experience with scripting languages like Python.
    • You have deep knowledge of Wwise systems and integrations.
    • You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with diverse teams.

    • You embrace a growth mindset and are eager to learn and contribute.
    • You have proven experience creating flexible audio workflows that can be iterated on in live service environments.
The base salary range for this position is $153,100 - $196,500. The range doesn't tell the whole story - we are always open to candidates at different stages in their careers and consider candidates' potential impact holistically, not just their years of experience or skill level. There is also more to our total comp package than salary, we offer equity to every new hire as well as a comprehensive benefits package and more. We will be happy to share more about our compensation opportunities when we chat.
