Overview:
SOFTSWISS is hiring Social Media and Community Manager to join our PR & Events Team. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative candidate to create and manage content that will influence our brands' image.
Purpose of the role:
As a member of the PR & Events team, you will be responsible for the strategic development, planning, and coordination of social media activities across all key channels. Your focus will include managing and aligning content for both the Customer and Employer Brand directions, improving the quality of communication, increasing audience engagement, and developing initiatives to grow the SOFTSWISS social media presence.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the execution of a full-cycle SMM strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter (X) and Facebook.
- Plan, launch and optimise SMM initiatives that align with overall Brand, PR and Employer Brand strategies.
- Oversee content creation and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Develop and implement employee advocacy and personal branding programs: engage internal bran ambassadors, educate employees and build a strong culture of participation in social media.
- Drive YouTube growth: create and execute channel strategy, manage video production.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics and audience trends; refine strategy and improve content effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with PR, Brand, Digital teams and C-level stakeholders.
Required Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in social media management, including at least 1 year in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing social media strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Strong background in tech od SaaS industries with understanding of B2B communication specifics.
- Advanced level of English (C1) and Russian (B2) - English is our main working language for Socials.
- Experience or strong understanding of YouTube content strategy, including coordination of video production workflows.
- Understanding of employer branding, employee-generated content and influencer collaboration as part of a broader SMM strategy.
