SOFTSWISS is seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to join their expanding team. The role involves handling technical operations requests related to transaction issues and payment methods from first-line support, as well as rolling out customizations for new client payment methods on their websites. Key responsibilities include technical troubleshooting of transactions and payment methods, maintaining the efficiency of payment systems, interacting with payment systems, and analyzing payment problem patterns for reporting. The position also requires interaction with related departments such as second-line support, finance, and account managers. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Operations Manager or in B2B technical support (second line), knowledge of WEB architecture basics, higher or incomplete higher technical education, proficiency in English and Russian (Upper Intermediate B2), and basic programming knowledge.
