Job Description

Moon Active seeks a Social Media Specialist to build and maintain relationships with its active player community. Responsibilities include planning engagement strategies across various social media platforms, community development and engagement, developing a professional online voice, collaborating with other departments on campaigns, creating awareness of in-game content, conducting market research, and acting as the primary point of contact between the company and its players. The role also involves managing customer issues and escalating them as needed. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of social media management experience, excellent knowledge of social media tools and trends, and strong analytical skills.

We’re looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to join our growing Social Media team. As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll be responsible for creating the best end-to-end experience for our players.

Responsibilities

  • Build and foster relationships with the company’s active community. 
  • Plan engagement strategies across several social media and online channels. 
  • Be responsible for the community development and engagement, including the design and execution of strategy. 
  • Develop a professional, positive and enthusiastic voice to be used when communicating with the online community.
  • working with other departments to build campaigns. Creating awareness of in-game content 
  • Provide effective research audit of market potential, key barriers to growth, consumer insights, competitive reporting and other key marketing requirements. 
  • Be the focal point between the company and its players, responding to their requests and presenting comprehensive information regarding the products and services offered by the company. 
  • Sort and funnel customer issues that surface in the community to the proper place and escalation path and coordinate closely with various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience managing Social Media platforms
  • Loves the social media space and has excellent knowledge of social media management tools and trends. 
  • English mother tongue. 
  • Organized, flexible and able to work with multiple stakeholders. 
  • Highly skilled with social media and online communications. 
  • Experience creating, moderating, or managing forums. 
  • Strong proven analytical skills
  • Can-do personality, creative and committed to improve and continuously learn.
