POSITION SUMMARY

The Creative Content Specialist, as part of the Creative Innovations team, is responsible for developing creative concepts and compelling visual storytelling that is produced in Bandai Namco’s state of the art live stream XR studio, Studio Odyssey and our newly opened podcast studio, Studio 23. As a key voice in the Creative Team, you will partner cross functionally with our internal marketing teams to identify new ideas and opportunities for connecting with our fans. They will thrive in an agile and collaborative environment, willing to take risks and share original, clever and innovative ideas, and has a deep passion for helping tell the stories of brands in a live stream and podcast format.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with Manager, Creative Innovations and cross functional teams to be responsible for the coordination and development of the ongoing fiscal year road map of live stream and podcast content.
- Development and design assigned show concepts to support the channel wide creative strategy.
- Keep up to date on evolving live stream, podcast trends and best practices for engagement.
- Conceptualize engaging assigned live stream and podcast content that aligns with campaign strategies and resonates with our diverse audiences.
- Partner with internal team members to develop “evergreen” live stream and podcast content.
- Coordinate live stream and podcast pre-production planning for the assigned content projects (ie, script development, mood boards, storyboards, stage design, on-air graphics, shot lists).
- Be present in studio to ensure all production needs are met, product is represented accurately, and deliverables are captured according to expectations.
- Support the preparation of video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording tools
- Leverage long form shows to developing shorter, social sized content
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas clearly, influence stakeholders, and foster collaboration with various partners including our outside agency partners.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of or progressively responsible experience in creative and production
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with experience in brand creative, content production and/or related digital marketing
- Digital portfolio that demonstrates strong background in video-based concept, development, and production.
- General understanding of digital tools such as Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects, Premiere) and understanding of live production
- Demonstrated understanding of the role of creative plays in an entertainment-based company and its application to business goals
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Agency experience a plus
- Proficiency with digital tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere.
