Job Description

Ema is seeking a Social Media & Community Manager to drive brand visibility and build an influential community of enterprise leaders. This role involves scaling Ema's LinkedIn presence significantly, managing a consistent content calendar across various channels, and fostering deep engagement within the 'Agents of Change by Ema' community. The manager will also be crucial in supporting brand and category creation initiatives, working at the intersection of content, brand, community, and experimentation to redefine enterprise automation with AI, ultimately helping to shape how the world perceives Ema's innovative approach.
Good To Have:
  • Past experience in AI.
  • Strong writing and editing skills across various formats and subject matter (business/tech writing).
  • Ability to transform a blog or video into multiple high-performing social/LinkedIn assets.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends and current events in AI/tech.
  • Fluency across content formats like carousels, threads, short videos, and event clips.
  • Knowledge of what engages executives and operators in enterprises.
  • Actively plugged into AI and enterprise tech conversations.
  • Ability to work fast, independently, and thrive in ambiguity.
  • A portfolio (even if scrappy) showcasing range and creativity.
Must Have:
  • Scale Ema’s LinkedIn presence from 30K to 100K+ followers with creative storytelling and optimal RoAS.
  • Maintain a consistent 4-week rolling content calendar across social media, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Write or edit one blog per week, collaborating with engineers, design, and leadership.
  • Repurpose existing content (whitepapers, blogs, interviews, videos) into carousels, short videos, and other formats.
  • Continuously experiment with and improve existing social channels, and identify new distribution channels.
  • Track social media performance and run smart, creative experiments.
  • Build and manage the 'Agents of Change by Ema' community for senior leaders in enterprise AI.
  • Grow and engage the private, exclusive LinkedIn group to 500+ members in 6 months.
  • Deliver high-value content, polls, curated insights, and conduct user research within the community.
  • Cultivate relationships with Ema’s ideal customer profile (enterprise execs, CAIOs, operators).
  • Help convert community engagement into business pipeline by working with Product Marketing & Sales.
  • Support the launch of CAIO Academy / AgentSchool as a go-to resource for enterprise AI transformation.
  • Assist with drafting newsletters, creating content snippets, and managing the ABT microsite.
  • Help host Ema’s roundtables, community sessions, hackathons, and events.
  • Continuously measure and track key success metrics such as reach, engagement, and pipeline.
  • Possess 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B Tech social media, community, or marketing roles.

What You’ll Own

As our Social Media & Community Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of content, brand, community, and experimentation. You’ll help shape how the world sees Ema and create an influential community of enterprise leaders rethinking how work gets done with AI.

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Scale Ema’s LinkedIn from 30K → 100K+ with bold, creative storytelling + optimal RoAS (return on ad spend)
  • Maintain a consistent 4 week rolling calendar across social media, blogs, newsletter, channels
  • Write or edit 1 blog/week, collaborating with engineers, design, and leadership to ship at scale, faster
  • Work with design to repurpose existing content—whitepapers, blogs, interviews, videos—into carousels, short videos, blogs, newsletters so to achieve consistency + repetition as a brand
  • Continuously experiment and improve existing channels, and also identify the right new distribution channels and format to scale Ema’s social presence (YouTube, Twitter, Instagram) and more
  • Track performance and run smart, creative experiments

Community Building

  • Build and manage our community of senior leaders in enterprise AI: Agents of Change by Ema
  • Grow and engage our private, exclusive LinkedIn group to 500+ members in 6 months
  • Deliver high-value content, polls, curated insights, and conduct user research that informs original thought leadership
  • Cultivate relationships with Ema’s ICP (enterprise execs, CAIOs, operators)
  • Help convert community into business pipeline (work with Product Marketing & Sales to nurture and convert leads)

Accelerate Brand & Category Creation

  • Support the launch of CAIO Academy / AgentSchool as the go-to resource for enterprise AI transformation
  • Help draft newsletters, create content snippets, and manage the ABT microsite
  • Assist with hosting Ema’s roundtables, community sessions, hackathons, events
  • Continuously measure and track key success metrics (reach, engagement, pipeline, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

  • Ideal: 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B Tech social media, community, or marketing roles
  • Past experience in AI strongly preferred

You'd be a strong fit if you have:

  • Have writing/editing skills across formats and subject matter (business/tech writing)
  • Know how to turn a blog or video into multiple high-performing social/LinkedIn assets
  • You think in social media — super on top of current trends, aware about what’s going on in AI/tech, fluent across content formats like carousels, threads, short videos, event clips
  • Know what makes execs and operators in enterprises tick—and how to get them to engage
  • Are plugged into AI and enterprise tech conversations
  • Work fast, independently, and thrive in ambiguity
  • Have a portfolio (even if scrappy!) that shows your range and creativity
