As a Social Production Coordinator, for EA SPORTS College Football you will help with the direct-to-player communications within our North American Football business. You will build connections with the community through two-way communication and a multi-channel strategy that informs players and sparks mass interest in the updates across our Franchises and Live Service Modes. You will have skills in writing, editing and articulated communication and prior copywriting experience. You will understand the asset production process along with the ability to handle social publishing on channels in near real-time.
As part of this role, you will create the live service content engine for franchise channels with oversight of the Community Team leaders, partner with creative and primary teams to manage game assets, and develop messaging aligned with the Madden NFL live services brand voice.

Responsibilities Include:
Help with and deliver channel metrics, player feedback, game issues, or service risks.
Work with Community manager, driving the direct-to-player multi-channel communications strategy.
Inform the community and maintain a tight two-way dialogue between influencers, studio, and partners.
Support studio communication platforms for Live Service team delivering communication with players.
Create appointment-setting branded content series that establish sources of information to the community weekly.
Help with communications around game and gaming issues: Bugs, Cheats, Outages, and Support Issues.
Create surveys, research, and feedback from the community on issues affecting the experience.
Work with Customer Support and Live Service teams on overall player experience.
Help with the moderation of official channels such as the forums, social media, and websites.
Maintain a positive community reputation.
Ensure all our standards and processes are observed and followed.
Qualifications
You love video games and experience playing Madden NFL and other sports games.
Experience with real-world sport, players, teams, and leagues.
3 years’ experience working in online community, social media, partnership, online marketing, or Creator management equivalent.
Proficient in writing, grammar, editing and publishing written content.
Conscientious and team player.
Motivated to learn new things about players and inspired to improve their experience.
Ability to objectively interpret customer/community feedback and make relevant recommendations.
Understanding of Live Service operations and Development.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, User Research, Marketing or Game Development.
