The Retail Engineering Apple Online Store (AOS) Quality team is seeking a motivated and talented Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET). This role involves being a strong programmer, proficient in thoroughly testing applications, and building test automation tools. The engineer will help improve team velocity through automation, research and apply the newest technologies to test engineering, and independently and collaboratively tackle issues to influence the teams to adopt the best test practices. The SDET will deeply engage with engineering teams through all phases of development. To be successful, you must be a strong programmer, proficient at thoroughly testing applications and build test automation tools, and helping improve team velocity through automation. We are looking for highly-technical engineer who can continually research and apply the newest technologies to test engineering, independently and collaboratively tackle issues and influence the teams to adopt the best test practices. Deeply engage with the engineering teams through all phases of development.
