Looking for a Software Development Lead, with experience in Agentic AI, who will drive the development of a scalable, intelligent regression test automation suite for consumer-facing platforms.

Primary Skills

• Architect solutions that validate Appium-triggered clickstream data, auto-log bugs, and generate reports.
• Extend the framework using agentic AI validators, orchestrators, and autonomous test script creators.
• Champion engineering excellence and mentor the QA team.
• Lead development of end-to-end regression automation for mobile/web apps.
• Design payload comparison engines using Appium-triggered clickstream data.
• Build AI-driven validators and orchestrators for autonomous test execution.
• Implement bug creation pipelines based on deviation analysis.
• Drive reporting automation and analytics dashboards.
• Ensure high code quality, modularity, and scalability.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, mentor junior developers, and enforce SDLC best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with product goals.
• Languages: Java, Python, TypeScript
• Frameworks: Appium, Playwright, Robot Framework
• Architecture: Microservices, Kafka, RESTful APIs
• AI/ML: LangChain, OpenAI, Hugging Face
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
• Data Engineering: SQL, NoSQL, S3, Redis
• Monitoring & Reporting: Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus
• Cloud: GCP Services/AWS services

Job requirements

• 6+ years in test automation and QA engineering
• Experience with Agentic AI
• Proven experience leading automation teams and projects
• Deep expertise in Appium and payload validation
• Experience integrating AI agents into test workflows
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Strategic thinking and solution architecture
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• High confidence in technical decision-making
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
