Job Description

As one of Augment's first engineers, you will work directly with the founders to own all engineering infrastructure, bringing our product to life. This role involves designing and developing new products, features, and integrations, collaborating on UI design, and architecting robust end-to-end systems for high-value transactions. You will take full ownership of product deliverables and help shape the team culture, participating in hiring. We are looking for a highly driven individual with a get-it-done mentality.

Good To Have:

Experience building entire websites, apps, or products from scratch
Strong eye for design and user experience
Proficiency in modern programming languages (React.js, Go, Python, Scala)
Backend experience
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
Understanding of relational databases (MySQL)
Interest in fintech and marketplace businesses

Must Have:

Design and develop new products, features, and integrations
Collaborate on the design and implementation of our user interface
Architect robust end-to-end systems supporting transactions worth hundreds of millions of dollars
Take full ownership of product deliverables

Strong CS fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and systems design

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $120k - $220k annually.
