Coupa leverages community-generated AI and an industry-leading total spend management platform to help businesses optimize operating margins. The Sourcing Optimization Customer Adoption Manager will drive continuous improvement and platform adoption for customers, managing multiple engagement initiatives. This role involves forging strong partnerships, providing technical and functional expertise, and ensuring customers achieve their strategic goals by effectively utilizing the Coupa platform. Candidates need significant experience in Coupa Sourcing Optimization software and strong client management skills.

  • Manage the CAM engagement with a customer using strong project management best practices.
  • Take ownership of customer’s continued success by ensuring proper adoption of the platform.
  • Engage customers in enlightened business need discussions.
  • Provide technical and functional expertise to customers throughout the CAM Engagement.
  • Provide a strong technical understanding of our product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full Coupa platform.
  • Create and/or improve templates, training and presentations.
  • Share relevant prior experiences with customers and colleagues.
  • Work well in both individual and team settings.
  • Significant experience and expertise in Coupa Sourcing Optimization software.
  • Extremely strong client management skills.
  • Strong curiosity of understanding how things work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and passionate environment.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
  • Shown significant career growth as part of prior experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive customers to focus on their goals and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Manage multiple customer engagement initiatives and multiple customers.
  • Forge strong partnerships with customers and colleagues.
  • Manage the CAM engagement with a customer using strong project management best practices while also developing solutions to business problems.
  • Take ownership of your customer’s continued success by ensuring proper adoption of the platform.
  • Engage customers in enlightened business need discussions versus feature/function basics. Continually drive customers toward their strategic goal.
  • Provide technical and functional expertise to customers throughout the CAM Engagement.
  • Provide a strong technical understanding of our product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full Coupa platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs.
  • Create and/or improve templates, training and presentations.
  • Share relevant prior experiences with customers and colleagues.
  • Provide assistance to colleagues where needed.
  • Work well in both individual and team settings both on and off client sites.
  • Manage customers where up to 25% of your time may include travel.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

  • Significant experience and expertise in Coupa Sourcing Optimization software.
  • Candidates should have extremely strong client management skills and be able to work with customers to execute a plan that works towards a continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Software as a Service is a plus as is any experience
  • Strong curiosity of understanding how things work. Don’t be satisfied with just knowing the answer, have the desire to understand the underlying fundamentals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations are required.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and passionate environment.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Must have shown significant career growth as part of prior experience.
  • This is a remote position
