Job Description

Adictiz aims to capture audience attention with interactive and playable advertising formats for brands to collect and monetize qualified data. This role involves developing the Spanish market as a Sales professional, covering the entire sales cycle from prospecting and selling to customer loyalty and support. You will identify key accounts, implement multi-channel prospecting, conduct demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction and upsell opportunities.

Must Have:
  • Identify and map key accounts and high-potential companies in the Spanish market (media agencies, major advertisers).
  • Implement a multi-channel prospecting strategy (emailing, social selling on LinkedIn, phoning).
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a solid and sustainable commercial pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand prospects' marketing challenges and objectives.
  • Perform impactful and personalized demonstrations of the Adictiz Box platform.
  • Develop tailor-made commercial proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Negotiate and close contracts.
  • Ensure quality post-sales follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by proposing new campaigns and features.
  • Develop a relationship of trust and position yourself as a strategic partner for clients.
  • Be the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
  • Provide first-level support on platform usage.
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams for quick and effective problem resolution.
  • Accompany clients in analyzing campaign performance and propose optimization strategies.

We have therefore created the most complete interactive experience creation platform on the market. A SaaS platform allowing brands to create their marketing games without technical skills and to distribute them on their site… And everywhere else thanks to our new innovation allowing the creation of interactive playable display formats.

As part of our international expansion, we are looking for a native Spanish-speaking Sales professional to ensure the development and growth of this strategic market.

Mission: As a Sales professional, you will be the driving force behind our development in the new market that Spain represents. Your role will be comprehensive and versatile, covering the entire sales cycle:

Prospect: Detect and qualify opportunities

  • Identify and map key accounts and high-potential companies in the Spanish market (media agencies, major advertisers).
  • Implement a multi-channel prospecting strategy (emailing, social selling on LinkedIn, phoning).
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a solid and sustainable commercial pipeline.
  • Ensure competitive and market intelligence to adapt your approach.

Sell: Convert prospects into clients

  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand the marketing challenges and objectives of your prospects.
  • Perform impactful and personalized demonstrations of our Adictiz Box platform.
  • Develop tailor-made commercial proposals in collaboration with our internal teams (project manager, creative team).
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure closing.

Retain: Build lasting relationships

  • Ensure quality post-sales follow-up to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by proposing new campaigns and features.
  • Develop a relationship of trust and position yourself as a true strategic partner for your clients.
  • Collect client feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our offer.

Provide support: Accompany and advise

  • Be the privileged point of contact for your clients for all their questions.
  • Provide first-level support on platform usage.
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure quick and effective resolution of any problems.
  • Accompany clients in analyzing their campaign performance and propose optimization strategies.

The sought profile

Language: You are a native Spanish speaker and have an excellent command of French.

Experience: You have a first successful experience (minimum 3 years) in selling SaaS solutions, digital services, or in a media/advertising agency.
