Job Description
The Specialist - Industrial IoT will be responsible for providing production support for MES applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues within SLA timelines. This role involves maintaining and supporting .NET desktop and web-based applications, optimizing SQL queries, and ensuring smooth connectivity with interfacing systems. The specialist will also document and escalate incidents using ServiceNow and support labeling systems with basic PLC knowledge.
Must Have:
- Provide production support for MES applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly within SLA timelines

- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers
- Collaborate with interfacing systems and ensure smooth connectivity with .NET applications
