Job Description
The Specialist, Learning & Development (Mandarin Speaker) role involves collecting and analyzing training needs based on customer service business development. The specialist will independently organize and deliver training empowerment programs, design and develop courses, and manage instructor empowerment and training resources. They will also design and deliver empowerment solutions, and drive the operational health of online training. The job requires excellent English and Mandarin communication skills, training experience in a customer service center, and the ability to design and deliver training projects. The role also includes collaboration with business teams and optimization of empowerment solutions. The job is located in Tun Razak Exchange, Kuala Lumpur.
Must have:
- Excellent English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- 1.5+ years training experience in customer service

What You'll be Doing:
- Based on the development of customer service business, collect and analyze training needs, and independently complete the organization and delivery of training empowerment programs, continuously optimizing empowerment solutions.
- Independently design and develop courses, iterate course plans through teaching to meet course requirements and delivery content.
- Responsible for instructor empowerment special management, course management, and training resource management.
- Independently design and deliver empowerment solutions based on business differences, collaborate with business teams to drive the implementation of empowerment solutions, and enhance service experience.
- Drive the operational health of online training through the management and improvement of training tools.
What We Look For in You:
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin as the role requires to deal with China/ Hong Kong Mandarin speaking counterparts.
- Bachelor degree or above, with 1.5 years or above training working experience in customer service center.
- Willing to work in Tun Razak Exchange, walking distance to MRT TRX.
- Ability to independently design and develop courses, and experience in teaching customer service teams.
- Ability to independently design and organize the delivery of training empowerment projects.
- Possess strong organizational resource scheduling and teamwork.
