Job Description
The Fieldglass Consultant role requires 6 to 10 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation and rollout projects. Key responsibilities include working with Source to Pay, configuring the Fieldglass CWM SOW WP process, and integrating SAP Fieldglass with SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP ECC. The consultant must work independently, communicate effectively with stakeholders, identify risks, and provide solutions. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with experience in defect lifecycle and tools like JIRA. The goal is to ensure zero customer escalations.
Must have:
- 6 to 10 years of SAP Fieldglass implementation experience.
- Experience in Source to Pay.
- Skilled in Fieldglass CWM SOW WP process.
- Integration experience with SAP Ariba, S4HANA, ECC.
- Ability to work independently and deliver on time.
- Effective communication with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good to have:
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, and Success Factors.
- Experience with Defect lifecycle and JIRA tools.
- Analytical skills.

- Active listening techniques to understand issues requirements and situations
- Experience knowledge in Defect life cycle and tools in JIRA
- Selfreliant and good analytical skills
- Ensure zero escalations from the customer on the work done
