This role involves formulating, organizing, and monitoring account-level activities, deciding on suitable strategies and objectives, and coordinating account and program-level activities. The Engagement Director will lead and evaluate senior delivery managers and key staff, develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities, and apply change, risk, and resource management. Responsibilities also include assuming accountability for programs, people, and vendors, assessing program performance to maximize ROI, resolving higher-scope project issues, and preparing reports for program directors.
