Job Description

As a Sr Analyst Revenue Operations, you will support sales representatives and revenue partners in opportunity process management, sales enablement, process improvements, and lead management. Responsibilities include preparing client reports, improving sales processes, providing daily support to revenue teams, creating Salesforce.com reports, assisting with onboarding and training, managing change, and handling project management tasks. You will also produce data analyses, presentations, and market comparison reports. You will need to have a Bachelor's degree and experience in sales support or administration, experience with Salesforce, and excellent communication skills.

What You Will Do


As a Sr Analyst Revenue Operations , you are responsible for providing support to sales representatives and other revenue partners, in areas such as opportunity process management, sales enablement, process improvements, lead management and other lead to cash tasks. Responsibilities are within the Sales Support and process management Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines.

  • Prepares various reports of current and potential clients using multiple, various databases and systems.
  • Review current sales processes and identify, improve, implement and train on new process management.
  • Provide daily support to revenue teams across their day to day activities
  • Create Salesforce.com reports and analysis as needed
  • Help with onboarding and training for new Sales reps
  • Various change management functions
  • Some project management tasks, from ownership of project to part of project team.
  • Supports the sales team by producing preliminary data analyses, presentations, basic due diligence market comparison reports and periodic adhoc reports, charts, graphs and presentation data.
  • Provides support on other projects as necessary.
  • Has general understanding of the product portfolio.

What We Expect

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or other relevant courses.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in sales support/administration.
  • Have experience/knowledge in using Salesforce platform.
  • Experience working with clients, multiple internal groups, and technical teams to see a task or project through to completion.
  • Is quality driven, detail-oriented, a proficient multitasker, and consistently meets deadlines.
  • Has proactive approach to learning and development.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Amenable to work in a night-shift schedule (US Time zone) and work in a hybrid setup (at least twice a week in the office).
