Sr. Associate Java

This role involves leading a team of Java developers to deliver high-quality software. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining Java-based applications, designing scalable and efficient solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and drive innovation. Day-to-day tasks include mentoring the team, analyzing business requirements, developing, testing, and deploying applications, and troubleshooting technical issues in a timely manner.

Must Have

• Lead a team of Java developers

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Java, Java 8 concepts, Spring boot, Rest API, Microservices, Spring Hibernate, Github concepts, SQL, CICD, Git
• Problem solving (program) skill
• 5-8 years of experience in Java development
• Proven experience leading a team of Java developers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud computing
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
