Sr. Associate - Java+React

This Sr. Associate - Java+React role at Synechron in Gurugram is a full-time onsite position. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing and maintaining Java code, debugging technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key expectations include testing Java applications for accuracy and performance and staying updated with the latest Java technologies. The role requires strong proficiency in Java, React, front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), ORM tools, and Git. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is essential, along with excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Must Have

• Proficiency in Java programming language
• Knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts
• Experience with RESTful API design and development
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM tools
