Job Description

Sabre is seeking a Senior Director of People Experience to lead Learning & Development, Culture & Engagement, and Internal Communications for its global workforce. This role involves designing programs for employee growth, connection, and inspiration, partnering with leaders to foster a high-performing workplace, and continuously improving the people experience worldwide. Candidates should have 8+ years in People, L&D, or Culture roles with global leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for building inclusive environments.
Must have:
  • Lead all L&D programs including onboarding, career development, and leadership training.
  • Shape and evolve company culture, values, and engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee global employee communications to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Partner with leaders to create a workplace where everyone can do their best work.
  • Use feedback and data to keep improving our people experience worldwide.
  • 8+ years in People, L&D, or Culture roles, with global leadership experience.
  • Skilled communicator and storyteller who connects with all audiences.
  • Track record of designing programs that scale and deliver results.

Senior Director, People Experience (3 direct reports)

We’re looking for a Senior Director of People Experience to own Learning & Development, Culture & Engagement, and Internal Communications for our global workforce. You’ll design programs and experiences that help our people grow, feel connected, and stay inspired.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead all L&D programs — onboarding, career development, leadership training.
